CNC single-chuck lathe with turning capacity Ø 340 mm and 830 mm maximum distance between the centers, ASA 6 chuck, and optional on request ASA 8 .
The carriage group and tail block group guides are on the same plane but independent. Standard tooling with 8 pos. turret, tail block in cycle, scraps discharger with built-in pump, RS232C outlet and direct programming for corners and chamfers.
Optional: 12 pos. turret or with motorized tools, C axis, unloading arm, index disc, automatic tools zeroing system, work rest for shafts machining, electronic pilot wheel, PC connection program.
ASA 8 chuck for bars up to 104 mm, motorized dolly mounted on independent guides (instead of the tail block), ball recycle screw axial movement connected with axis motor ( Axis Y)
The dolly can be fitted with ASA 4 self-centering or gripper clamp and finished piece ejection system. The machine can be fed from a bars loaders.
